Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

This processing time is separate from the shipping time and does not include the delivery period.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons or over the weekend may take a little longer.

After processing, your order will be shipped.
Average delivery time is 8–12 business days during our current clearance sale. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days. While we work as efficiently as possible, external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays, and delivery could take up to 21 business days to reach you.
In line with UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of purchase, unless a longer period has been agreed with you. If we are unable to deliver within this period, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
Factors that may cause delays include:

Weather conditions: Severe weather such as heavy rain, snowstorms, hurricanes or typhoons can disrupt transport networks and delay flights, road transport or shipping schedules.

Peak demand periods: During high-volume shopping seasons, couriers and customs offices experience increased workloads. Examples include Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the Christmas and New Year holidays, and national holidays such as Easter or local public holidays in your country or the shipping origin.

Customs clearance: For international shipments, packages must pass through customs inspection in the destination country. This may include payment of import duties or taxes by the recipient, physical inspection of the package, and verification of documentation such as invoices or certificates. Clearance times vary by country and can sometimes cause delays beyond the estimated window.
Order Cancellation & Your Right to Cancel
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we may not always be able to stop an order before it ships.
However, your statutory rights are fully preserved. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you bought online you have the right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed up to 14 days after you receive it, for any reason. To cancel, simply contact us at the email below. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods, and we will refund you in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items (such as personalised goods or sealed hygiene products with a broken seal) are exempt from this right.
Tracking Information
You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been processed and is ready for collection by the courier. Please allow 1–2 business days for your tracking number to update in the carrier’s system. (For example, if you receive tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the shipment is collected from our warehouse.)

Shipping & Order Fulfilment
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, some of which are located outside the UK. These suppliers are well-established and reputable, adhere to strict quality control standards, and operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, so that every product you receive meets a high quality standard.
Free Shipping & Additional Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders. In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply due to exceptional circumstances such as oversized or unusually heavy items, or delivery to remote locations; any such charge will be made clear to you before you complete your purchase.
Because some items ship from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import charges on arrival. You may be responsible for applicable taxes and fees, which can include:

Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
If any items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as you reasonably can — ideally within 5 days of receiving your order — with photos or videos of the damage and your order details, so we can resolve the issue promptly. Reporting after 5 days will not affect your statutory rights: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
Restrictions and Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, including customs inspections and clearance, severe weather conditions, and force majeure events beyond our control. Nine Studio is not responsible for delays caused by these factors, although this does not affect your statutory right to cancel if delivery is not made within the legally required timeframe.
